7) Fees and Payments
By purchasing products with an annual license, you acquire yearly access to technical support and product updates; subsequent renewals are billed according to the then-current offer. By purchasing an owned/lifetime-style license where offered, continued access to support and updates may still require annual payment under the then-valid offer. We reserve the right to change prices and to charge fees for future services, with prior notice where fees are newly introduced. By purchasing, you agree to receive invoices or pro-forma documents by email at the address provided during registration or checkout. Missing payment for any service — including custom development — may result in suspension of existing services, including product licenses.
8) 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds
If within the 10-day money-back guarantee period you are unsatisfied with eligible WebDev Heroes modules (such as WHMCS add-on modules, payment gateways, or reports), you may request a refund as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are typically processed promptly after approval. The guarantee applies to new customers and license/component costs only. Custom development, installation, migration, upgrades, support/maintenance, renewals, and other excluded items are non-refundable as detailed in the Refund Policy. The 10-day period starts from the initial purchase date and is not extended by later purchases.
9) Intellectual Property Information
For these Terms, “content” means information, data, communications, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sounds, and other material and services viewable on our Site. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that content on this Site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights, and is the property of WebDev Heroes and/or its affiliates or licensors. You may use content only as expressly authorized by us or the specific content provider.
10) Custom Module Development IP Rights
Due to the nature of our business, similar custom development requirements may arise for different clients. If WebDev Heroes has already developed a module, we retain full rights to use, modify, sell, and launch it for other clients, unless a written agreement states otherwise. A client paying for custom development receives rights to use that deliverable as agreed in the project contract; WebDev Heroes retains equal rights to reuse and commercialize the work unless exclusive ownership is expressly agreed in writing.
11) Feedback
If you post comments or feedback, you agree not to contribute content that adversely affects WebDev Heroes’ reputation; not to publish inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, racist, terrorist, politically slanted, indecent, or unlawful material; and not to use profane or objectionable language.
12) Conduct on Site
Your use of the Site is subject to all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your communications.
